About the Role
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Business Operations team. This team builds and maintains the systems that power the operational backbone of Misfits Market, including warehouse management, payments, ERP integrations, and our third-party lines of business, such as Fulfilled by Misfits and Food as Medicine.
This role blends technical leadership, delivery ownership, and people management. You will work closely with product to translate business goals into well-executed engineering work while supporting and growing a high-performing team.
