Job description: CEPTON (Nasdaq: CPTN), a leading intelligent lidar solution provider, is seeking an Electrical Test Technician to work in the manufacturing team to support product introduction to high-volume manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
Inspect and test PCBA using Test Fixtures, Oscilloscope, Variable Power Supply, DVM, Signal Generator, Microscope, etc.
Able to take directions from Engineers to test prototype PCBAs
Works with other Mfg technicians to complete tasks on time and maintain high-quality standards
Responsible for keep a record of all electrical test data
Responsible for reworking failed components on PCBA with soldering station and hot air equipment
Responsible for basic troubleshooting using electrical schematics and layout
Qualifications
3+ years of working experience in the field
Ability to communicate effectively
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Fast-learning, self-motivated and hard-working
Efficient and good at multitasking
Good team player, reliable and independent work style, responsible for outputs, and working well under pressure
