  • Create and deliver high impact education strategies for in-store training sessions, Sephora university, Sephora train-the-trainers and any wider training opportunities
  • Train and educate freelancers, agencies, and new hires on selling techniques, brand storytelling and in-store performance expectations to ensure consistent and impactful brand representation
  • Take leadership with scheduling and managing in-store freelancers, including setting KPIs, daily store targets and measuring their success
  • Plan and execute successful in-store events to boost brand visibility and increase sales, working closely with the international & global team to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
  • Apply market knowledge and retail insights to identify and advise on in-store marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility and awareness
  • Maintain strong communication and relationships across the internal business to ensure cross-functional alignment and prioritization of key initiatives, ensuring to participate in team meetings to strategies opportunities
  • Support with submitting weekly sales recaps for your territory, highlighting key success’s, challenges or key learnings
  • Ensure in-store visual merchandising standards are consistently met, proactively identifying, escalating, and supporting the resolution of any merchandising issues
  • Monitor and manage in-store stock levels to ensure accuracy and availability, proactively communicating with store and corporate teams to flag discrepancies and support timely resolution
  • Assist with any additional eventing, training, and/or media opportunities that might require your support
