  • Act as a Trusted Advisor: Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for partners, offering insight, guidance, and training to maximize the value partners derive from Clasp’s services.
  • Drive Partner Engagement: Conduct high-impact strategic business reviews and regular touchpoints to enhance partner satisfaction and expand Clasp’s impact.
  • Monitor and Optimize Performance: Analyze partner metrics and feedback to identify trends, drive engagement, and inform strategic adjustments for long-term success.
  • Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Marketing, and other teams to represent partner needs, influence feature prioritization, and contribute to product roadmaps that benefit partners and Clasp alike.
  • Ensure Seamless Handoffs: Pair with sales and implementation teams to streamline partner onboarding and transitions, ensuring clarity and alignment from pre-sale to ongoing support.
  • Be a Strategic Thought Partner: Collaborate closely with internal leaders in Sales, Product, Implementation, and Talent Fulfillment to synchronize partner initiatives with company objectives and strategic priorities. Always lead with curiosity and be ready for lots of problem solving!
  • Manage Complex Launches: Coordinate multiple partner initiatives, balancing strategic planning with effective handling of day-to-day partner requests and needs.
  • What you will need:
  • 7+ years of experience in mix of Partner Success, Account Management, Consulting or other related strategic roles.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities to identify partner challenges and design effective, data-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and drive mutual business success.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas and foster trust, understanding, and alignment across diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in client-facing functions, with a strategic mindset and a strong results orientation.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing long-term goals with immediate partner and business needs.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across multiple departments to build cohesive strategies and implement cross-functional initiatives.
  • Adaptability and resilience to navigate the fast-paced, evolving landscape of a high-growth company.
  • While not required, team leadership and management experience would be a plus.
