  • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B Collections, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or Working Capital Management.
  • 5+ years leading large collections organizations and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success improving DSO, reducing delinquency, and driving measurable working capital improvements.

  • Proven success implementing collections technologies, predictive analytics, and reporting platforms.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and commercial stakeholders.
  • Experience working within SOX-controlled environments and partnering with Internal and External Audit.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance customer relationships with disciplined cash management and working capital objectives.

Leadership Competencies

  • Customer-focused while maintaining financial discipline.
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational execution.
  • Data-driven decision maker.
