Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Leadership in BI: Define, execute, and shape a clear vision for how business intelligence can empower the business to achieve its objectives. This includes setting short-term and long-term BI goals aligned with the company's strategy. You will be our leader and influence the success of the business. 
• Rapid BI Tool Selection and Implementation: Quickly evaluate, select, and implement BI tools that offer the best value and scalability for our company’s evolving needs. This includes overseeing the integration of BI tools with existing systems and ensuring they provide comprehensive analytics capabilities. The BI/AI world is your oyster!
• Data Governance and Quality: As a backbone to all things BI, establish and maintain high data integrity, quality, and governance standards. Craft data management practices are in place to support accurate and reliable data analysis.
• Analytical Insight and Reporting: Envision and execute on framework for regularly reporting key business metrics. Provide strategic insights to senior management to inform decision-making, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities. You will lead our way into the future! 
• Project Management: Make things happen! Oversee BI projects/enhancements from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. 
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department leads and other stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement. Ensure that BI initiatives are aligned with these needs and are effectively communicated across the organization. Connect us all through BI! 
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: We have a BI/AI driven culture and want to stay on top of the latest trends and developments in BI technology and practices. Our founder and CEO fully supports our AI initiatives here at Crisp. 

Our requirements are pretty straightforward. To qualify you must:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or an MBA can be advantageous.
• Leadership and Team Management: As a leader in our organization we want someone with the ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a small team toward achieving strategic objectives.
• Business Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience, preferably at a $50M+ revenue organization with 200 users, and over 1,000 accounts. You will help shape our growth of the future! 
• Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), databases (SQL, etc.), and data modeling. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Statistics and probability
• Data visualization
• Cloud, VM, and Security (AWS or similar)
• API usage

Preferable Coding Language Experience:

• Python, R, Javascript, SQL, Scala, or similar 
• Tech Stack Experience:
• Sales Force (CRM)
• ClickUp (project management) or similar
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
