Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Developer / Team Lead with strong expertise in Java Full Stack development and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers while actively contributing to the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and modern web technologies.
- Drive technical discussions, solution design, and architecture decisions.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and product owners to deliver business solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Support CI/CD implementation, deployment activities, and production releases.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Banking and Financial Services domain is an advantage.
- Exposure to cloud-native application development on AWS.
- Experience in enterprise application architecture and design patterns.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
