Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Application Developer - Regional located in Senai, Johor.
What a typical day looks like:
Design, develop, and maintain MES (MESPRO) applications based on business and customer requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and clarify system requirements
Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver within defined timelines
Develop scalable, high-quality, and maintainable software solutions
Provide solution design and system architecture guidance for MES implementations
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines
Support deployment, testing, and continuous improvement activities
Handle multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Minimum 5 years of working experience in software development
Proven track record in delivering enterprise-level applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Capable of handling long working hours and high-pressure situations when required
Experience working with global teams or across different time zones is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to proactively engage stakeholders to capture accurate requirements
