About Kaseya

Kaseya is the leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, serving Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations worldwide. Our comprehensive platform helps organizations efficiently manage, secure, and automate their IT environments, driving operational efficiency and long-term business success.

Backed by Insight Partners, a leading global software investor, Kaseya has experienced sustained double-digit growth and continues to expand its global footprint. Today, Kaseya supports customers in more than 20 countries and manages over 15 million endpoints worldwide.

Founded in 2000, Kaseya was built by builders - and we're still building. We look for people who create rather than wait, who see a hard problem and lean in, and who treat challenges as raw material. At Kaseya, everyone plays a role in shaping the future of IT: whether you're in engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer support, or operations, your work helps protect, defend, and optimize IT environments across the globe.

We're building teams that grow, perform, and make an impact. If you're driven by the itch to make things better - a product, a process, a career - you'll fit right in.

At Kaseya, we don't just raise the bar. We build it.

Position Summary

We're seeking a hands-on ETL Lead / Data Migration Architect to lead the migration of quote-to-cash data from Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite into Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Oracle. You'll own the end-to-end strategy, from source analysis and mapping through transformation, reconciliation, and cutover, and lead a team of ETL developers. The ideal candidate knows the Salesforce, NetSuite, and Oracle data models and can translate legacy CPQ and ERP structures into RCA without losing commercial or financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define migration strategy, architecture, and roadmap (phased vs. big-bang, mock loads, dress rehearsals, production cutover).
  • Design scalable, repeatable ETL pipelines aligned with target RCA and Oracle configuration, with standards for error handling, logging, and restart/recovery.
  • Profile CPQ objects (quotes, quote lines, subscriptions, contracts, assets, price/product rules, bundles) and NetSuite records (customers, items, orders, invoices, SuiteBilling subscriptions, revenue arrangements).
  • Map CPQ data into the RCA model: Product Catalog Management, Pricing Procedures, Product Configurator, Transaction Management, DRO, and Billing.
  • Map financial and order data into Oracle (Fusion Cloud ERP / EBS) via FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, or Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Own transformation logic for amendments, renewals, co-termination, ramp deals, usage-based pricing, multi-currency, and in-flight contracts/orders.
  • Run validation and reconciliation (record counts, financial totals, ARR/MRR, open balances, subscription terms) with business sign-off.
  • Drive data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment with business data owners.
  • Optimize loads using Bulk API 2.0, parallel processing, and dependency-aware sequencing within platform limits.
  • Lead and mentor onshore/offshore developers and analysts; review designs and code.
  • Serve as primary contact for migration status, risks, and issues with leadership, Finance, Sales Ops, and IT.
  • Produce mapping specs, runbooks, cutover plans, reconciliation reports, and data dictionaries.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in data engineering/ETL, including 3+ years as a lead or architect on large-scale migrations.
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce CPQ data model and quote-to-cash processes.
  • Hands-on or working knowledge of Salesforce RCA and its data model.
  • NetSuite extraction experience: SuiteQL, Saved Searches, SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), CSV exports; familiarity with SuiteBilling and revenue recognition.
  • Expertise in an enterprise ETL tool (Informatica, MuleSoft, Boomi, Talend, Jitterbit, Azure Data Factory, or similar).
  • Proficiency with Bulk API 2.0, REST/SOAP APIs, and Data Loader, including governor limits, external IDs, and record ownership.
  • Advanced SQL and staging database experience (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL).
  • Proven ability to build reconciliation frameworks that satisfy Finance and audit.
  • Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications: Revenue Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, or Data Architect.
  • CPQ-to-RCA migration experience, including in-flight subscriptions and contracts.
  • Data Cloud experience.
  • Python for transformation, profiling, and automation.
  • Data governance, MDM, and data quality tools.
  • Agile delivery with global teams.
