About the Role:
Tekion is seeking an experienced and data-driven FinOps Analyst II to spearhead our cloud financial operations and cost optimization strategy. In this role, you will partner with engineering, product, and finance teams to create a culture of financial accountability, ensuring cost transparency, optimized cloud usage, and strategic planning that aligns with Tekion’s fast-paced growth and innovation. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in our Bangalore office.
Key Responsibilities:
FinOps Strategy Ownership:
Partner with engineering, DevOps, finance, and procurement teams to drive cloud cost accountability and strategic cloud investment.
Align cloud spending with product priorities, while helping stakeholders make data-informed decisions.
Analyze cloud billing data across AWS, Azure, and GCP to identify inefficiencies, track anomalies, and recommend savings opportunities.
Improve visibility into cloud spend through effective tagging strategies and cost categorization.
Reporting, Tooling C Enablement:
Implement and enhance tooling (e.g., CloudHealth, Cloudability, AWS Cost Explorer) to automate reporting and drive visibility.
Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in FinOps, cloud finance, infrastructure cost management, or related domains.
Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and a strong understanding of their pricing, billing, and discounting models.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
