As our new AWS Cloud Delivery Architect, you will work with our customers to identify core issues, perform troubleshooting steps, identify resolution ideas, and implement final problem resolution steps. In this role, you will be responsible for customer communication and experience, ensuring they receive excellence in customer service.

Key responsibilities:

Design and implement network setup for customers on AWS
Backup and disaster recovery on AWS 
Migration from on-premises to AWS  
Implementation and solutioning on AWS Infrastructure requirements  
Work with documenting project plan, defining and preparing scope document

Your Competencies:

5+ years’ experience working with AWS (AWS Migration projects) 
Expertise in designing and deploying enterprise-wide scalable operations on Cloud Platforms 
Ability to translate architectural requirements, and to deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems  
Good understanding of security like Firewall, WAF

You are dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and have solid technical understanding and troubleshooting skills
You present excellent written and verbal communication skills and can collaborate effectively with all stakeholders both internal and external
You are a collaborative team player who takes initiative with a positive attitude and helps define best practices
