About the role

The Client Partner owns the post-launch success of a portfolio of NimbleRx pharmacy partners. You’ll combine strong relationship management, technical product fluency, and data-driven account management to help pharmacies get more value from NimbleRx, improve performance, adopt new capabilities, and grow revenue. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for your partners while working closely with Support, Product, and Engineering when deeper technical expertise is required.

What you'll do

  • Analyze partner performance data to identify adoption, revenue, and operational opportunities and translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Actively impact pharmacy partner success by understanding pharmacists’ workflows, recurring issues, and product performance.
  • Utilize performance and revenue reports to share potential adoption and growth opportunities with key decision-makers.
  • Develop durable relationships with pharmacy owners and staff, serving as their primary strategic point of contact.
  • Own the customer experience through complex escalations, partnering with Support, Product, and Engineering to drive resolution.
  • Develop enough technical fluency to guide partners through common integration questions and identify when specialized technical support is needed.
  • Translate pharmacy workflows and business needs into clear context for Product, Support, and Engineering.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to stay updated on new features.
  • Use dashboards, reporting tools, and SQL where appropriate to understand account performance and identify actions.

Qualifications

  • A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pharmacy experience highly preferred, but not required
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

This role offers a base salary plus commission.
