Position Summary

Kaseya is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate early-stage pipeline by qualifying inbound leads, executing outbound prospecting, and booking high-quality discovery meetings for the Sales team. This role is essential to driving new customer acquisition by identifying qualified prospects, uncovering business needs, and ensuring a smooth handoff to Account Executives.

As a key member of the revenue organization, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to support consistent pipeline growth and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and web inquiries through discovery conversations and needs assessment.
  • Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels to generate interest and schedule meetings.
  • Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives and maintain accurate CRM records for all prospect activity and context.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to support campaign follow-up, lead quality, and pipeline generation strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and enablement to improve outreach effectiveness and conversion performance.

Required Qualifications

  • 0–2+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or a customer-facing role (B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and structured sales processes.
  • Coachable, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance metrics.
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
