Job description

About Juniper Square

Private markets are one of the largest, most complex, and most underserved corners of global finance. Our mission at Juniper Square is to unlock their full potential. We’re the Operations Partner trusted by 2,300+ GPs, unifying technology, data, and fund administration services into a single platform that helps GPs move faster, make better decisions, and scale with precision. With $300B+ under administration and 700,000+ LPs on platform, we’ve built the scale to match our ambition. And with JunieAI, our purpose-built AI platform, we’re reimagining how private markets operate, embedding intelligence across every workflow. Founder-led since 2014, backed by $350M+ in funding, and now 1,000+ employees strong, we’re building a company designed to shape the future of private markets for decades to come.

Our culture is built for people who want to do ambitious, meaningful work alongside exceptionally talented teammates. We think like owners, move with urgency, and take pride in solving hard problems that truly matter to our customers and the future of private markets. We believe the best ideas come from open debate, deep collaboration, and diverse perspectives, which is why we believe transparency is the default and feedback makes us stronger. If you’re energized by high standards, rapid growth, and the opportunity to help define a category at a pivotal moment, come join us!

Juniper Square offers employees a variety of ways to work, ranging from a fully remote experience to working full-time in one of our physical offices. We invest heavily in digital-first operations, allowing our teams to collaborate effectively across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian Provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.

About your role

As a Business Analyst on the Revenue Operations team, you will sit at the intersection of business and technology, translating operational friction into clear requirements and scalable solutions. You will partner with teams across RevOps, Marketing Ops, Engineering, Product, and GPX to identify AI and automation opportunities, define requirements, and drive implementation from discovery through post-launch.

Should be comfortable working in US East Coast hours (7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)

What you’ll do

  • Understand internal customers' needs and facilitate setting project goals and objectives — acting as a trusted advisor from discovery through launch

  • Conduct business discovery sessions with GTM and cross-functional stakeholders to surface pain points and identify automation and AI opportunities

  • Translate business requirements and process needs into actionable technical requirements, including comprehensive BRDs and user stories

  • Facilitate meetings for requirements gathering, refinement, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and enablement with GTM partners and cross-functional teams

  • Partner with GTM systems teams to drive alignment and track implementation through UAT and post-launch optimization across Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong

  • Conduct testing, track issues, and manage resolution throughout project lifecycles

  • Manage projects and report on status, setting expectations and timelines across concurrent workstreams

  • Map, document, and maintain current-state and future-state business processes; contribute to the RevOps Confluence document repository

  • Deliver user training and present on project launches to GTM and cross-functional partners

  • Leverage AI tools (Claude, Gemini, and similar) to improve throughput and analysis quality in your day-to-day work

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years as a Business Analyst/ Business Systems Analyst in a closely related analytical role (requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, project management)

  • Demonstrated ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences; comfortable working with GTM systems teams and business leaders in the same conversation

  • Proficient in creating process flow maps and writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

  • AI fluency: concrete, daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) with at least one specific example of business impact

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to query and interpret data

  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets capabilities, including data mapping, clean-up, audits, and QA

  • Project management experience: can set timelines, report on status, and communicate progress across concurrent workstreams

  • Preferred background in go-to-market functions such as sales, marketing, or revenue operations; experience in a tech or startup environment is a plus
