We are looking for a motivated, execution-focused Associate Technical Recruiter to help support hiring across some of the company’s most critical software engineering organizations. This person will partner closely with senior recruiters and sourcers to help build, manage, and move pipelines for highly specialized technical roles across areas such as Autonomy, Robotics, Embedded Software, Perception, Planning, Controls, Infrastructure, and related engineering domains.

This role is designed for someone who has built a strong foundation in recruiting and wants to deepen their technical recruiting experience. You’ll work alongside experienced recruiters, support complex searches, engage with candidates, and help keep hiring processes moving quickly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is organized, curious, responsive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a high level of urgency.

What You’ll Do:
  • Partner closely with senior recruiters to support hiring for Software Engineering, Autonomy, Robotics, Embedded Software, Infrastructure, Machine Learning, and related technical roles
  • Help manage candidate pipelines from initial outreach through interview stages, ensuring candidates continue moving through the process
  • Conduct recruiter screens and help assess candidate experience, motivations, and alignment with role requirements
  • Partner with sourcers and senior recruiters to build strong pipelines for difficult-to-find technical talent
  • Support proactive sourcing and candidate engagement across aerospace, defense, robotics, autonomous systems, automotive, AI/ML, and adjacent industries
  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers and recruiting partners to maintain strong communication and quickly resolve pipeline blockers
  • Maintain strong operational rigor across pipeline management, ATS accuracy, candidate follow-up, and recruiting data
  • Deliver a responsive, high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
  • Develop a strong understanding of software engineering roles, relevant talent markets, and the competitive landscape
  • Use recruiting tools, AI, and automation to improve efficiency while maintaining a personalized approach with candidates
  • Support recruiting process improvements, documentation, and other team priorities as needed
  • What We’re Looking For:
  • 2-6 years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to technical or engineering roles
  • Experience supporting software engineering, technical, or other complex searches
  • Experience managing candidate pipelines and working across multiple open roles at once
  • Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, or recruiter screening experience
  • Interest in developing deeper expertise in software engineering and highly technical talent markets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize competing needs and maintain urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and other recruiting tools
  • Comfortable receiving feedback, asking questions, and learning from more senior recruiting partners
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed to help drive hiring outcomes
