Purpose of Position

  • Lead and manage CASETiFY's ERP transformation, including the transition from Oracle NetSuite to Kingdee across the group's entities.
  • Own the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the ERP system, ensuring stability and reliability of core business processes.
  • Serve as the key system owner for ERP-related finance and intercompany processes, ensuring the platform supports the group's evolving entity structure.
  • Support other technology and process improvement projects across the department as needed, including supply chain-related initiatives.
  • Drive project governance and delivery discipline across assigned projects, working closely with finance, supply chain, and IT stakeholders.

 

Job Description

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of the NetSuite-to-Kingdee ERP transition project, including scoping, timeline, resource planning, and risk management.
  • Maintain and support daily ERP operations, including troubleshooting, user support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day system functioning.
  • Manage vendor/implementation partner relationships for the ERP transition.
  • Lead data migration, system configuration, UAT, and cutover planning across entities.
  • Design and implement intercompany order logic and finance-related process flows to support new entity setups.
  • Take on additional project management responsibilities as assigned, including supporting supply chain-related systems and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, and regional teams to ensure business requirements are captured and reflected in the system design.
  • Track project milestones and risks using Jira, and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of ERP processes.
  • Contribute to the long-term roadmap for global ERP rollout or hybrid solution across entities.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with hands-on experience in ERP transformation/implementation.
  • Proven hands-on experience in ERP system transitions/migrations (e.g., legacy system to new ERP).
  • Practical experience with both Kingdee (金蝶) and Oracle NetSuite is required.
  • Solid project management experience, able to independently manage timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, with flexibility to support other projects as needed.
  • Proficient in Jira for project tracking and delivery management.
  • General accounting knowledge required (e.g., understanding of basic accounting principles, intercompany transactions, and finance workflows).
  • Experience in supply chain or operations-related system work is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills; able to work across regions and align with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity.
