About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Brand team and support brand and campaign initiatives across both Mable and HomeMade. You will be a key support to the Senior Brand Manager, playing a hands-on role in shaping campaigns, events, and social content.
Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Support: Assist in the development, planning, and project management of marketing plans for both Mable and HomeMade.
CVP (Customer Value Proposition) Development and Roll-out: Help to translate the high-level CVP into tangible brand assets, messaging, and promotional materials. Act as a connector between the creative, sales, content and product marketing teams to ensure all new products and communications align with the overarching CVP.
Delivery of Brand & Campaign Assets: Support the production of brand assets, manage project timelines, and ensure all initiatives and assets are delivered on time and on brand.
Events Execution: Support the end-to-end planning and execution of events, coordinating logistics, stakeholder communications, and on-site support to ensure successful delivery.
Social Support: Drive social media engagement by supporting content development with support from the Social Media Manager, including scheduling, and copywriting.
Agency, Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Drive excellence in creative and media agency partnerships, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, clear budget management and contact reports.
Internal ecosystem collaboration by working closely with PR, performance, creative, content, and product marketing teams to ensure campaign integration, clear communication on deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
Leverage data, trends, and channel metrics to guide reporting and optimise campaigns, media allocation, reporting back to internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
2-3 years of experience in brand coordination roles.
Tertiary level qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Knowledge of project management principles; discipline of planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to achieve specific goals.
Exemplary writing, listening, communication and presentation skills
A self-starter with a can-do attitude and extremely strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to make an impact, and extremely strong attention to detail.
Experience with both traditional and innovative communications and marketing channels, including promotions, events, customer-specific/shopper marketing programs.
Experience with social media platforms and engagement strategies.
Experience with content creation, whether with agencies, or directly for Youtube, or other social platforms
