About the Position
The analyst contractor will report to our APAC healthcare research team and work with our APAC analysts. They will have the opportunity to provide research, analysis, and forecasts to senior executives at large multinational corporations as part of the APAC research team’s ongoing content production. Tasks will include collecting and analyzing healthcare systems data, providing ongoing media monitoring for key markets, producing written materials and PowerPoint slides, and presenting to senior executives. The analyst will focus coverage on the healthcare markets of Thailand, Malaysia, and broader Southeast Asia.
About the Team
The contractor will be part of FrontierView’s global research team. The global research team produces all syndicated content for FrontierView’s client base of several thousand senior executives at multinational organizations. The team combines regional knowledge, macroeconomic and political insights, and business acumen to provide impactful analysis, forecasts, and executional advice for a senior executive audience. They work in close collaboration with the commercial team in supporting FrontierView’s growth strategy and ongoing client relationships. The healthcare research team is also responsible for producing syndicated content and analysis looking at healthcare systems, market access, and reimbursement as it relates to the operations of multinationals in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.
About You
We’re looking for an early career professional with strong qualitative and quantitative skills, and an interest in learning more about the healthcare dynamics of Southeast Asia’s healthcare systems. Strong research skills, independence, and ability to prioritize tasks will be key for this role.
Please note this is a contracted position with a start date likely in March 2026.

What Sets You Apart
No prior experience with the healthcare sector is required, but preference will be given to people with an interest in learning about the healthcare sectorUndergraduate degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Public Health, or other related areasFluency in Thai and English is required, other regional languages are a plusDemonstrated knowledge of Southeast AsiaExperience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Knowledge of macroeconomic fundamentalsStrong research capabilitiesGood communication, organization, discipline, sense of urgency and commitment
