Job description
Objetivos del puesto:
Analizar datos para generar insights y desarrollar soluciones analíticas que mejoren el desempeño del negocio, trabajando con equipos multidisciplinarios, mediante el uso de SQL, Excel avanzado y herramientas de visualización como Power BI, Tableau o Redash, para entregar resultados de negocio medibles a través de analítica de datos.
Responsabilidades:
  1. Usar análisis de datos para ayudar a equipos a resolver retos de negocio, para acelerar la toma de decisiones basadas en datos.
  2. Descubrir tendencias y patrones en los datos, para guiar la toma de decisiones estratégica y táctica.
  3. Construir y mantener dashboards que monitoreen métricas clave del negocio, para habilitar el autoservicio analítico.
  4. Presentar hallazgos basados en datos a stakeholders, para influenciar decisiones y promover una cultura data-driven.
  5. Soportar proyectos especiales y atender solicitudes analíticas según se requiera, para cubrir las necesidades evolutivas del negocio.
Perfil del puesto:
  • Licenciatura en Economía, Ciencias de la Computación, Finanzas, Ingeniería o carrera cuantitativa afín.
  • Idioma inglés
  • SQL Avanzado
  • Tableau / Power BI avanzado
  • Python para analítica (pandas)
