About DHR Mechanical

DHR Mechanical is a growing mechanical services company dedicated to delivering quality HVAC and mechanical solutions for our customers throughout Florida. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to our Florida Branch Manager and service team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, managing documentation, supporting field personnel, and serving as a key administrative resource for a busy branch office.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Florida Branch Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Prepare, submit, and track permits and related project documentation.
  • Assist the service department with service tickets, work orders, and customer paperwork.
  • Coordinate and maintain job files, records, and supporting documentation.
  • Help ensure timely processing of service-related administrative activities.
  • Monitor emails and service requests and assist with communication between office and field personnel.
  • Support scheduling and dispatching activities as the service department grows.
  • Enter and maintain data within company systems.
  • Assist with general office administration and special projects as needed.

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ years of administrative, coordinator, office support, or construction office experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting construction, mechanical, HVAC, service, or field operations environments is highly preferred.
  • Experience with NetSuite and/or ServiceChannel is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the business.

Schedule & Location

  • Full-time, on-site role
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Hudson, Florida

Compensation

  • Target salary range: $50,000-$65,000 annually
  • Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
