About the Role

We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic Account Manager to join our London Commercial team for a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. In this role, you will be the linchpin between our brand partners and our internal teams. You will support the sales team in responding to briefs/proactive pitches, executing high-value integrated campaigns, while maintaining exceptional relationships with key UK and EMEA media agencies and brands.

Responsibilities
  • Client Retention:
  • Manage campaigns and relationships with UK and EMEA-based brand partners and media agencies.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, preempting client needs and responding in a timely manner
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee the delivery of bespoke content partnerships, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Learn our business and the end-to-end ad sales process.
  • Reporting & Insights:
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance; deliver monthly and end-of-campaign reports using internal data tools.
  • Use internal tools and documents to help source campaign insights for the Sales Managers
  • Supporting monthly billing and invoicing processes where applicable.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work with strategy, planning and adops teams to ensure a smooth RFP process and campaign delivery once sold
  • Work closely with the Editorial and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are presented and delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Commercial Growth:
  • Identify opportunities for campaign extensions and assist the Sales team in securing renewals.
  • Building media plans, ad schedules, and collateral for pitches and RFP responses.
  • Requirements
  • Experience:
  • Proven track record in Account Management within the UK media landscape.
  • 1-3 years of account management or sales experience.
  • Passion for Sport:
  • A solid understanding of the sports industry is highly desirable.
  • Detail-Oriented:
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value campaigns simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
  • Eager to learn with the ability to improve on existing processes.
  • Communication:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are good at working independently but enjoy being part of a team.
