
Weâre looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our growing Sales team at Ethena â an AI platform thatâs revolutionizing the Compliance space.
Virtually every company needs compliance training and tools, but most are still using clunky legacy providers that just barely check the box. Ethena is disrupting the space with a truly innovative AI-native platform â as an AE on our team, youâll be on the front lines of this paradigm shift, partnering with customers to take their compliance programs further than they previously thought possible.
As an Account Executive at Ethena, youâll manage the sales process end to end to acquire new business and create strong Ethena customer champions. Your curiosity, communication and relationship building skills, and disciplined pipeline management and deal stage rigor will help you drive deals forward and get wins on the board.

You may notice that we have an HQ in Brooklyn, but our workforce is fully remote and your personal working hours can be based on your own timezone. All team-wide meetings are scheduled to be inclusive of all U.S. time zones.

Source, manage, and close new business deals
Clearly communicate the value of Ethena and demonstrate how our products can address prospectsâ pain points
Foster strong relationships through deep understanding of your customersâ needs
Multithread effectively to create champions across multiple teams
Keep a tight, organized pipeline; Be on top of deal stage movement and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
Travel a few times per year to attend key events and meet with prospects in person
Experience in SaaS full-cycle sales, particularly in complex, non-transactional deals on small, high-growth teams
Track record of surpassing sales quotas and excelling in new business acquisition
Proven ability to manage pipeline proactively, advancing deals through each stage
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Curiosity about new technology and an ability to connect it to business impact
Proactive, self-led, and hungry to make an impact
Builder mentality - you improve the playbook, not just run it
Proficient in Salesforce and sales automation tools (Sales Navigator, Outreach, Gong, etc.)
Aligned with Ethenaâs mission, with a passion for learning and growth
This is sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing in a home office environment.
