We offer two different channels, our own voice solution (VoIP) compatible with various devices, and a messaging solution for SMS and WhatsApp API. We automate some of those conversations with our AI bots using voice and text, and we also extract valuable insights from every interaction, offering business owners and managers full visibility of all conversations with their customers, for both sales and support teams.
