Tampa Bay Wave Funding & Investors

Tampa Bay Wave is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that helps tech entrepreneurs build, launch, and grow their startups into breakout businesses. Wave’s nationally-recognized Accelerator programs provide tech entrepreneurs with the resources they need to scale their startups, including access to our 200+ mentors, 100+ investors, and exclusive events with key stakeholders in the tech community. In early 2018, Wave collaborated with The Nielsen Foundation to launch the TechDiversity Accelerator program, which is a 90-day program designed for early-stage tech companies 51% owned, controlled, and operated by a minority; woman; veteran or lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender person; or combination thereof. In addition to our accelerator programs, Wave hosts several specialty programs including the Women Entrepreneurs Forum, Veteran Entrepreneurs Forum, and Friends of Wave. Wave is also the only Florida-based accelerator program that is an official member of the Global Accelerator Network (GAN).
