Technology has expanded networks at a seismic pace, with people globally connected through different channels. So why are we finding out about deaths through word of mouth and uncoordinated emails/texts? And further, why is the planning process so chaotic, forcing… · More people to communicate plans over and over again during a time when they are in a grief-stricken state? Unable to answer those questions, we built a solution.
