Someone who understands that to replace a bad habit, you first have to create a good habit. Our core belief is that for a healthy habit to stick, it has to be simple and personal. So Kumu gets rid of the need for nutrition calculators, rigid exercise plans, and gives you 100% more of the personal attention from your Coach.
