By creating a graph database of your entire company network, we go beyond just 1st-degree employee connections to increase quality referrals and help companies make better hires. The Layoff Network was built when the COVID-19 layoffs hit and we started getting a lot of requests for help. It is a free product designed to help connect people with hiring companies through their network. People can join the network and nominate their friends or colleagues affected by layoffs so that they get noticed quicker by recruiters. Personal recommendations are proven to get people hired up to 7x faster than a normal job board or career-site application process.
