Their mission is to help companies leverage their digital communication data to extract important organizational learning and unleash leadership potential. Cultivate uses the latest in ML and NLP techniques to analyze a manager’s digital communication with their team - email, chat, and calendar - to provide actionable leadership insight, without the need for commonly used feedback platforms like surveys.
