Job description

About Unframe

Unframe is an AI-first startup helping the world’s largest enterprises bring LLM-powered applications to life in days - not months. We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping customers move from idea to deployed AI systems faster than anyone else in the market.

Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in total funding, we’re building a fast-growing, revenue-generating company working with Fortune 500 customers globally.

About the Role

As our VP People, you’ll own the entire employee lifecycle and play a key role in shaping how we support, develop, and scale our people globally. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building strong people practices while partnering closely with managers to create high-performing teams.

You’ll be the go-to partner for managers and leaders across the organization, helping them navigate performance, employee relations, leadership development, and organizational challenges. You’ll also own the operational side of the employee experience, ensuring every stage of the employee lifecycle is consistent, thoughtful, and aligned with our culture across the company.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle globally, from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Work in close partnership with the recruiting team to accelerate hiring, streamline recruitment processes, and proactively remove obstacles throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with managers on performance management, employee development, promotions, compensation cycles, and day-to-day people decisions.
  • Coach managers on leadership best practices, feedback conversations, performance improvement, difficult conversations, and employee relations.
  • Design and deliver manager enablement programs and leadership training for both new and experienced managers.
  • Lead annual and ongoing performance review processes, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution across the organization.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and continuously improve the employee experience and strengthen our company culture.
  • Support organizational changes, team effectiveness, and people-related decision making.
  • Identify trends and organizational challenges using people data and recommend practical solutions.
  • Build and scale global People processes, ensuring consistency while adapting where needed to support teams across different locations.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in HR, People, or HRBP roles within fast-growing technology startups.
  • A hands-on mindset with the ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and operational execution.
  • Demonstrated experience leading an HR and/or Talent Acquisition function.
  • Previous experience supporting managers and leadership teams in a high-growth environment, ideally across multiple locations.
  • Proven experience leading performance management, employee relations, and organizational processes.
  • Experience coaching managers through complex people situations with confidence and sound judgment.
  • Strong knowledge of Israeli employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience designing and facilitating manager training programs is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and building processes from the ground up.
  • Fluent Hebrew and English.

Why Join Us?

Join Unframe at an exciting stage of growth, where you'll have the opportunity to build and lead our global HR function. You'll partner closely with leaders across the company, shape how we scale our people and culture, and have a direct impact on the next chapter of Unframe's growth.
