  • Gather patient history, requested services, and other important information using our practice management software.
  • Guide clients through the check-in and check-out process, providing invoices, discharge instructions, and educational resources.
  • Educate pet owners about preventive care, hospital services, products, and wellness recommendations.
  • Dispense prescription items as directed by veterinarians and assist with retail product sales.
  • Process client payments and maintain accurate daily cash drawer reconciliation.
  • Address client concerns with professionalism and empathy, working to resolve issues promptly.
  • Support a collaborative team environment focused on providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care.
  • Follow hospital policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

  • Ability to remain professional, compassionate, and calm during busy or emotionally sensitive situations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Communicates clearly and listens actively.
  • Works well independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Adapts quickly to changing priorities and frequent interruptions.
  • Takes initiative and provides exceptional customer service with every interaction.
  • Shares our commitment to respect, learning, doing the right thing, delivering WOW service, and having fun.
