Responsibilities:
- Define and lead Insulet’s enterprise accessibility strategy, roadmap, standards, and governance.
- Assess accessibility maturity and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
- Establish accessibility policies, metrics, and operating practices.
- Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Customer Experience teams to embed accessibility throughout the product lifecycle.
- Partner with the Harmony Design System team to integrate accessibility into design standards, components, patterns, documentation, and governance.
- Develop accessibility training, enablement programs, and adoption models.
- Advise leadership on accessibility regulations, risks, industry trends, and investment priorities.
- Represent Insulet in accessibility, healthcare, and industry communities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, HCI, Design, Accessibility, Engineering, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in accessibility, inclusive design, UX, product strategy, digital health, or related disciplines.
- Experience leading accessibility strategies, standards, governance programs, or organizational transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and regulations, including WCAG, ADA, EAA, ACA, and related frameworks.
- Experience integrating accessibility into product development processes and enterprise design systems.
- Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, and organizational influence skills.
- Experience leveraging AI to scale accessibility practices, education, or governance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, digital health, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with FDA-regulated product development, human factors engineering, and quality systems.
- Experience working with enterprise design systems and accessibility communities.
- Lived experience as a person with a disability and/or assistive technology user.
- Experience with diabetes care or chronic disease management products.
Physical Requirements:
- Ongoing US travel as needed (at least once per quarter)
This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements and requires on-site work from an Insulet office.

Compensation & Benefits:
For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $156,600.00 - $234,900.00
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
