YOUR MISSION 🚀

As a 3-in-1 trainer, facilitator, and coach, you will conduct impactful online trainings for our following coaching programs :

  • Coaching Fundamentals: This comprehensive two-day program serves as a foundational platform for acquiring essential coaching skills. Participants delve into the basics of coaching, leveraging it as a powerful tool to enhance both personal and professional relationships.

And/or

  • PXS School: A transformational journey where our students learn to think and act as a coach, whether they want to become a professional coach or not.

Training sessions occur during weekdays or weekends. The number of participants per session varies between 30 and 350.

In summary, your role will involve conducting engaging online training sessions with a robust pedagogical approach, providing live coaching, offering feedback on students’ practice, and addressing student queries. You will be an integral part of our coaching team, characterized by a commitment to lifelong learning, professional growth, and mastery of skills.

In addition, ideally, our trainers would also :

  • deliver monthly Masterclasses, designed to provide our students with opportunities to inquire more about the program's methodology and practices

A standard contribution with us would encompass:

  • Facilitating 9-12 training sessions annually

  • Delivering between 2 and 4 Masterclasses per month

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Trainings’ preparation :

  • Adhere to PXS's ethical, business, and coaching guidelines, challenging them for improvement.

  • Participate in coordination calls with the team to ensure alignment and effective planning.

  • Familiarize yourself with the appropriate training program, ensuring a deep understanding and practical application of its content.

Trainings’ delivery :

  • Conduct engaging online training sessions from your home, showcasing not only expertise in the subject matter but also comfort with technology. The ability to maintain a captivating and interactive presence is crucial in ensuring participants remain engaged throughout the online training experience.

Trainings’ improvement and self evaluation :

  • Provide insights and suggestions for improving the curriculum based on participant feedback and industry trends.

  • Collaborate with the instructional design team to enhance and develop training materials, ensuring their effectiveness and relevance.

  • Validate your continuous skill improvement through regular self-evaluations, fostering a commitment to personal and professional growth.

  • Confident and independent use of Zoom and other online meeting tools for virtual training sessions.

  • Knowledge of David Laroche and the Paradox environment, coaching approach.
