What you'll do
Source and engage passive technical talent using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, AngelList, etc.)Design top-of-the-funnel strategy along with recruiters and hiring managers, serving as the subject matter expert on creative sourcing techniquesIdentify and attract candidates with diverse backgrounds at the top-of-the-funnelMove candidates through the recruiting pipeline with speed and transparencyEffectively pitch candidates on Secureframe through specific, tailored, and creative messagingAssist with sending out offers and closing candidates
Who we're looking for
1+ years of experience with recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination, preferably in a high growth environmentExceptional and out of the box sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques (Linkedin Recruiter, Gem, Entelo, etc.)Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to identify recruiting needs and build a consistent pipeline within an engineering organizationFamiliarity with Lever or equivalent ATS experience
