  • Maintain predictable workflow by gathering updates and following up with engineers.

Technical Coordination

  • Translate product side needs into actionable engineering tasks.
  • Partner with engineering leads to ensure requirements are clearly defined and scoped.
  • Evaluate resource constraints (hardware, system, bandwidth) and escalate requirements.
  • Assesses impact of demos, customer requests, or external asks on PDev timelines.

Documentation & Cross-Team Communication

  • Support administrative needs for PDev to ensure operational efficiency across the team.
  • Ensure consistent, organized documentation accessible across PDev and Ops.
  • Prepare and deliver status updates directly in PM forums, including progress, risks, milestones, and escalation items.
  • Communicate timeline changes, priority adjustments, and dependencies clearly.
  • Own and present project status, risks, and blockers in changeover meetings, PM meetings, and other recurring cross-functional syncs.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations PM for roadmap management and execution.

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of project management or technical program coordination experience.
  • BS in a technical or business-related field.
  • Experience supporting engineering teams in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proficient with task tracking and ticket-based systems such as Asana or Jira.
  • Ability to translate technical/product information into structured tasks.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Columbia, MD, in a hybrid capacity.
  • This position is not eligible for H-1B sponsorship.
  • Meet Quidient, customer, and government security requirements, which may include, but are not limited to a background check, citizenship verification, and Criminal Justice Information Services verification.

  • Experience in fast-paced or startup environments.
  • Familiarity with deep-tech environments or customer-facing software teams.
  • Familiarity with AR/VR/XR or 3D Technology is a plus.
