Our team includes the original founders of Conductor, and we are backed by leading VC and angel investors in Silicon Valley. We value mission focus, a bias for action, and a culture of diversity and inclusion. Our strategy centers on customer needs, delivering class-leading operational excellence to multiply their impact.

The Role

We are seeking a highly driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our agile core team. • Operational Frameworks: Build and maintain frameworks to plan, track, and report on multiple concurrent projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with individual contributors, managers, and the founding team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Drive projects through completion, including documentation, marketing, analytics, and feature delivery.
  • Technical Impact: Leverage your technical background to understand how decisions affect our highly technical customer base.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify, prioritize, and initiate new programs that improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Must-Have Experience

  • Proven track record in Technical Program Management.
  • Prior software engineering experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Experience with backend services delivery.
  • Experience managing large scale, cross functional projects from development to customer launch.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Background in Cloud services.
  • Background in Developer products.
  • Background in software development.

Why Join Orkes?

  • Impact: Work as a "hacker" across traditional boundaries in engineering, security, and compliance.
  • Innovation: Flex your entrepreneurial instincts to rapidly innovate on processes and customer-impacting ideas.
  • Growth: Accelerate your career by contributing to an early-stage, growth-mode startup alongside world-class teams.
  • Collaboration: Work directly with the founding team and experts in software engineering, DevRel, and marketing.
