What You’ll Do
Own the architecture and execution of major systems.

Lead by example in coding, code reviews, and design.

Manage a small team of 3–6 engineers.

Balance hands-on work with team leadership (approximately 50/50).

Coach your team on engineering practices and technical growth.
What You’ll Bring
8+ years of software engineering experience.

Proven track record of delivering complex system initiatives with minimal oversight.

Ability to improve the quality, performance, or scalability of a module or product you own.

Experience driving consistent improvement in code quality and technical decisions.

A history of fostering a strong mentorship culture in technical areas.

Clear influence in architecture across teams within a product.
Nice To Haves/Other
Experience with LangGraph/LangChain or similar, vector databases, and the pros/cons of various LLMs
