- Job description
- At [Domu](https://domu.ai) we're building the agentic infrastructure behind the world's largest financial institutions. Our AI agents handle millions of live customer interactions a day for Fortune 500 banks and insurers, end-to-end. Interactions are 3x-ing monthly.
That means we hit problems most startups never encounter: real-time voice AI at scale, legacy banking infrastructure, enterprise telephony, and regulated markets across the US and LATAM.
We're hiring a Technical Account Manager in São Paulo to own some of our largest Brazilian partnerships end-to-end.
### **What you'll own**
* Technical velocity. You're the link between our platform and the client. You will accelerate time-to-value and make the technical journey seamless.
* The relationship. You're the dedicated point of contact they trust, running client meetings together with them, managing expectations, and unblocking our senior engineers by handling the client side yourself.
* Full ownership of the outcomes. You dig into call and funnel data, find what's underperforming, and build the fix whether that's a workflow automation, a clean ticket for engineering, or a better process nobody asked for yet.
### **What we're looking for**
* +2 years of experience.
* You've owned an enterprise client as the primary point of contact, in a role that was technical and client-facing at the same time
* Engineering or data background, you read API docs, data flows and system architecture comfortably, without needing to write production code
* Hands-on with workflow automation tools
* Genuinely analytical: you can design an analysis from scratch, with no template to follow
* Native Brazilian Portuguese and strong English, you'll run client meetings in one and internal comms in the other
* Background in B2B SaaS, AI or enterprise tech; you understand collections, lending or credit-lifecycle operations (the KPIs, the regulatory context, the operational constraints)
* You've built something 0-to-1, a process, a workflow, a program and made it actually work
* Nice to have: experience with Brazilian financial institutions.
### **Why Domu**

2. Real traction. Post-revenue, Fortune 500 customers, 3x monthly growth.

4. We care about doing great work and that's the expectation for each one of us.
### **What we offer**
1. weekly stipend for food and transportation
2. gym membership
3. equipment budget
4. whatever tools you need
