This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of people operations and talent acquisition, with a focus on finding exceptional individuals to join our mission-driven team while maintaining smooth HR processes.What you’ll do
- Talent Sourcing
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
- Leverage Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing tools (e.g., Seekout, LinkedIn Navigator) to build diverse talent pipelines across roles.
- Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement to spark interest.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.
- HR Coordination
- Support onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Assist in the administration of HR systems, benefits enrollment, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases to reflect current staffing levels.
- Support compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the creation of HR policies, processes, and templates that reflect Toku values and legal requirements.
What we’re looking for- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, and HR operations, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust.
- Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Bonus experience:
- Experience in fintech or technology-driven environments.
- Exposure to global hiring or working with distributed teams.
