We are an exciting and fast moving Cybersecurity Vendor with offices around the World. This is a great opportunity to join a highly skilled HR People function and shape your own role in one of our most successful and demanding regions.
As the TS partner, you will work with the Recruiter in Japan to Source the best Talent for our Japan office. As a team you will work closely with Hiring Managers and Senior Stakeholders to provide an exceptional Recruitment function.

採用チームと連携し、各ポジションに最適なタレントソーシング戦略を設計・実行
Collaborate with the recruitment team to define and execute tailored sourcing strategies.データドリブンなアプローチで候補者を特定し、継続的なタレントパイプラインを構築
Utilize data insights to identify candidates and build strong talent pipelines.面談スケジュールの調整・コーディネーション(候補者および面接官との連携)
Coordinate and schedule interviews, liaising with both candidates and interviewers.採用活動に関わる事務的サポート(求人管理、候補者情報の整理、データ入力など)
Provide administrative support for recruitment operations (e.g., job postings, candidate records, data entry).応募資格 / Requirements
日本在住であること
Must currently reside in Japan日本語が母国語、またはそれに準ずるレベル(読み・書き・会話すべて)
Native or native-equivalent fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, speaking)日本国内で初等教育(小学校や中学校)を受けていること
Must have completed elementary education in Japan日本市場での採用経験:2年以上(ソーサー/リクルーターとして)
At least 2 years of sourcing or recruitment experience within the Japanese market英語:ビジネスレベル(社内のグローバル連携に対応できること)
Business-level English for collaboration with global internal teams歓迎スキル・経験 / Preferred Qualifications
IT/サイバーセキュリティ業界での採用またはソーシング経験
Experience sourcing or recruiting in the IT or cybersecurity industry採用コーディネーター・ソーサーとしての経験を活かしたキャリア形成を望む方
Candidates looking to build on past experience as a recruitment coordinator or sourcer採用アシスタント業務からの社会復帰を目指す方
