Vultr is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and help build a high-performance organization. This role is ideal for a driven recruiting professional with experience identifying and attracting high-quality talent in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Hiring Managers to develop and refine compelling job descriptions and role specifications.
Develop recruitment strategies and post job openings across appropriate job boards.
Conduct structured interviews and use scorecards to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Build a deep understanding of the roles you support, assessing candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment against business needs.
Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, driving urgency and accountability to move searches efficiently from intake to offer.
Serve as a positive brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional candidate experience and building strong relationships.
Partner with the broader People team to support additional initiatives and ensure balanced team execution.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency), ideally in technical and/or high-growth environments.
Experience conducting various interview types, including behavioral and competency-based interviews.
Hands-on experience with selection tools such as video interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management Systems (CMS), and recruiting metrics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Compensation
$55,000 - $75,000
Final compensation will vary depending on years of experience, background/skill set, location, and applicable laws.
