The ideal candidate is someone who wants to join a fast growing technology company, and is an energetic self-starter who is eager to get their hands dirty helping us scale the talent organization.Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute full-cycle recruiting for various business departments, junior to senior job levels, and offices leveraging expertise in sourcing, assessing, and closing top talent
- Advertise open jobs and post them on various job boards and social media channels
- Conduct proactive candidate sourcing
- Sort and screen candidate resumes
- Schedule virtual and in person interviews
- Process position requisitions and process all applications, resumes, and internal job postings
- Utilize, maintain and update ATS to track applicants and improve existing processes
- Address candidate questions and assist them with the interview process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Provide insights on Talent Attraction function (funnel, sources, conversion, retention)
Qualifications- BA/BS
- 3-5+ years of experience in sourcing applicants for SaaS companies for positions including, marketing, sales, and customer success (engineering and product is a plus)
- Experience with Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Suite preferred
- Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then doing it
- Experience in recruiting for fast growing SaaS organizations
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
