About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join as a Talent Acquisition Partner, responsible for recruiting top talent and ensuring our company attracts, hires, and maintains a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to join a fast growing technology company, and is an energetic self-starter who is eager to get their hands dirty helping us scale the talent organization.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute full-cycle recruiting for various business departments, junior to senior job levels, and offices leveraging expertise in sourcing, assessing, and closing top talent
  • Advertise open jobs and post them on various job boards and social media channels
  • Conduct proactive candidate sourcing
  • Sort and screen candidate resumes
  • Schedule virtual and in person interviews
  • Process position requisitions and process all applications, resumes, and internal job postings
  • Utilize, maintain and update ATS to track applicants and improve existing processes
  • Address candidate questions and assist them with the interview process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Provide insights on Talent Attraction function (funnel, sources, conversion, retention)
  • Qualifications
  • BA/BS
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sourcing applicants for SaaS companies for positions including, marketing, sales, and customer success (engineering and product is a plus)
  • Experience with Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Suite preferred
  • Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then doing it
  • Experience in recruiting for fast growing SaaS organizations
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
