This is an excellent opportunity for students to work under the guidance of a Corporate Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience contributing to Talent Operation processes, initiatives, and projects.
Work hours are flexible within 8 AM–5 PM business hours. This is a paid, part-time, fully onsite position, with an expected schedule of 24 hours per week.
Your Role
Handle all administrative functions for regional recruiters including scheduling and confirming phone screens, interviews and candidate assessments
Support/ Participate in projects that enhance client experience and /or increase efficiency of the recruitment process
Assist with the coordination of career fairs and the summer intern program
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our applicant tracking system
Learn how to effectively leverage recruiting tools such as our Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Talent Analytics
Assist in screening resumes for various positions
Develop and post job descriptions in collaboration with the TA Director and Team
Research talent landscape and market research to identify trends
Partner with Talent Operations on various projects
Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Enrolled in third or fourth year of a Business Administration, Human Resources, or related program
Prior experience in a professional office or customer service orientated environment strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and highly organized
Positive attitude and team player
High level of integrity and strict adherence to protecting confidential information
Proven administrative skills and expertise
Good organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage time well in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented environment
