We are looking for an experienced recruiter to drive end-to- end recruitment processes and stakeholder management across LATAM. This role will work full-time on a fixed-term contract/contractor basis for at least 6 months.
Key responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Act as a true business partner by engaging closely with senior leaders to design and execute talent strategies that align with global business goals.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and provide insights into talent pools and trends.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and talent gaps.
  • Ensure a fair, equitable, and innovative approach to attracting top talent.
  • Utilize collaborative, data-informed insights to enhance talent strategies, evaluate success metrics, and optimize performance.
  • Promote an excellent candidate experience.
  • Skills and experience required
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, managing the end-to-end process
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of outcomes, showing high accountability
  • An outgoing and positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills and the ability to engage high-level stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures.
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with a focus on long-term talent planning as well as day-to-day operational excellence.
