About the role
We're looking for a Strategic Business Analyst to support cross-functional projects, drive operational improvements, and turn data into clear recommendations for leadership. This role sits close to decision-making and works across teams to keep initiatives on track.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end execution of cross-functional business operations projects, from scoping through delivery
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and surface actionable insights
- Prepare structured reports, briefs, and presentations for leadership review
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose practical improvements
- Track project milestones and flag risks or blockers proactively
- Take ownership of ad hoc strategic and operational initiatives as they arise
- Maintain documentation of processes, decisions, and project outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, finance, or a business analyst/operations role
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of at least one BA/analytics tool beyond Excel — SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
- Track record of managing multiple projects or stakeholders simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly to new domains
Nice to have
- Prior experience at a consulting firm, financial institution, or fast-growing startup
- Salesforce or other CRM familiarity
- Familiarity with process/workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Miro
- Exposure to F&B, tech, or multi-location retail/franchise business models
