This role is based in Shanghai, Hong Kong or Singapore.
Responsibilities:
This role will lead Airwallex’s Ecosystem product, building a thriving and open ecosystem for both Airwallex customers and partners. You will lead high-impact initiatives from ideation to delivery that 1) enable our customers to access and set up essential software integrations to enhance their financial workflows and business operations, and 2) empower our partners to seamlessly integrate and scale their businesses with Airwallex. You will interact with all parts of the Airwallex product and your work will directly impact Airwallex’s ability to achieve its strategic goals and unlock key customer segments for growth.
Define and lead the product strategy, roadmap and OKRS for ecosystem integrations and partnerships to serve Airwallex end customers and partners
Work closely with various Partnerships teams (Strategic Partnerships, GTM Partnerships, and Channel Partnerships), Sales, and Strategy to prioritize initiatives with the greatest impact for growth
Lead a team of engineers and work with Design and other product domains to deliver integration initiatives while advocating for the best user experience
Partner with Developer Experience on providing a best-in-class experience for partners building their integrations
Iterate quickly on new product launches, feature enhancements, and user feedback from customers and partners
Who you are
Strategic thinker with an interest in the commercial impact of product
Customer-oriented and focused on great user experiences
Comfortable working with many different internal stakeholders (commercial, strategy, and other product teams) and external stakeholders (partners)
Able to prioritize initiatives across different strategic goals and customer types
Self-starter who thrives on taking ownership and moving ideas to reality in short periods of time in a high-growth environment
Close attention to detail and ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions with data and first-principle insights
Strong understanding of technical concepts and able to engage effectively with own developers and partner developers
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones
Experience in product management and/or engineering
Experience in a fintech, technology or marketplace company
Specific experience building ecosystem integrations and working closely with Partnerships
Speaking Chinese is a plus as the engineering team is based in Shanghai
