The Recruiter will source, screen, and hire top talent to fill various open positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of roles, technologies, and trends, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Should have 8+ years of experience as a seasoned Recruiter with a solid understanding of GTM (Go-to-market) roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate the selection process by conducting reference checks, background checks, and skills assessments.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Strong understanding of APAC talent landscape, regional hiring trends, and market mapping.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders across multiple APAC geographies.
- Ability to drive strategic and high-volume GTM hiring in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in IT recruitment.
