Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer with 7+ years of experience developing complex software solutions, with a strong emphasis on Python development, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and embedded systems. Proven ability to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software while leading technical initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams in product development environments.
Knowledgeable in AI-driven solutions, data analysis, and intelligent system development, with the ability to apply innovative approaches to solve complex technical challenges. Combines strong programming expertise in Python,with experience in communication protocols, software lifecycle methodologies, Agile development, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a self-motivated Sr. Software Engineer to Develop a scalable, maintainable and reliable tools to support mobile phone test farm.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve various software tools using industry best practices, including unit testing, code review and documentation
- Have a keen sense of high-level architecture and implement functional blocks that can fit in the various software tools seamlessly
- Support multiple projects, by prioritizing work items in line with project schedules
- Train, educate and mentor junior team members as needed.
- Participate in validate process of software tools and following all quality guidelines
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s in computer science but preferred master’s in computer science degree.
· Minimum of 5+ years of Software Developer using Python.
· Minimum of 3+ years of developing webapp/webservice using Python.
· Basic knowledge and experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar developer productivity platforms.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering techniques for automation, workflow optimization, and software development tasks.
· Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI agents, agentic workflows, or multi-agent architectures is a plus
· Extensive knowledge and experience to effectively manage code base using GIT
· Knowledge and experience in Unix-like OS and system programming
· Knowledge and experience in concurrency, threading, and multiprocessing
· knowledge and experience with RestAPI.
· Some knowledge and experience with CI/CD frameworks, such as Bamboo or Jenkins
· Knowledge of analysis of algorithms and applying it effectively in program implementation
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
