About Engine
Engine is the all-in-one travel and spend management platform trusted by 38K+ businesses and groups representing 1.8M+ travelers. We're the retailer and the rails of business travel, one of the fastest-growing companies in travel tech, built on a decade of proprietary technology, supply, and pricing no one else can replicate. Other travel and AI companies run on our infrastructure to book real trips, hold rates, and move payments, without building any of it themselves. We built it, AI-forward at every layer, from how travelers book to how the rails run.
That work has earned recognition as one of Fast Company's Best Workplaces for Innovators (2025), TravelTech's Reservation Platform of the Year (2026), and one of Built In's Best Places to Work (2020–2026).
We're looking for bold, ambitious people to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel. Working here, you can expect exponential growth, an ambitious pace, full ownership, and high-caliber colleagues who push you to do the best work of your career. Every hire raises the bar.
Come outpace the ordinary and build the future of travel with us.
About the Role
As Sr. Partner Success Manager, Lodging, you will own a portfolio of hotel chain, property management group (PMG), property ownership group, and key partner property relationships — serving as the day-to-day point of contact responsible for partner health, revenue growth, and the durable commercial performance of your book.
Reporting to the EVP, Supply & Strategy, you will own the operating rhythm of your lodging accounts: deepening rate and content coverage, growing consumed net direct revenue, running the partner cadence, and ensuring partners are activated and performing against plan. This is a relationship-management and growth role — your mandate is to grow the value of the partnerships already in your book, not to source net-new supply.
This is a hands-on relationship management and commercial execution role. It requires strong organizational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to operate effectively across internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Pricing, Connectivity, and Operations to translate partnership goals into delivered outcomes.
Depending on level and book, you will engage directly with senior hotel chain and PMG executives. We're looking for someone who can be a credible, trusted partner externally while driving disciplined execution internally.
What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of hotel chain, property management group (PMG), property ownership group, and key partner property accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner and day-to-day point of contact
- Grow revenue across your book by deepening partner engagement and expanding the value and reach of each relationship on the Engine platform
- Run the partner cadence — QBRs, performance reviews, check-ins, and escalation processes — and hold partners accountable to activation and growth commitments
- Monitor partner performance against key metrics and proactively identify and address underperformance
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Pricing, Connectivity, and Operations to resolve partner issues and support activation
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing partnerships and surface them with clear, data-backed recommendations
- Support leadership in commercial discussions and renewals by preparing materials, tracking terms, and managing follow-through
- Maintain accurate partner records, rate and contract documentation, and pipeline tracking
- Track industry trends across lodging distribution, hotel technology, and connectivity to inform partner conversations
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years (PSM) or 6+ years (Sr. PSM) of experience in partnerships, account management, or a relationship-driven commercial role — ideally with a foundation in consulting, investment banking, or a similar analytical environment
- A track record of building and growing high-value relationships and turning them into measurable commercial outcomes
- Strong commercial and analytical instincts — comfortable working with data to find opportunities and make the case for them
- Strong organizational and project management skills — can manage multiple partner workstreams simultaneously without dropping balls
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills suited to external partner-facing interactions, including with senior executives
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on commitments
- Comfortable leveraging AI and modern tools to streamline workflows and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or lodging (hotel chain, PMG, OTA, aggregator, or travel platform)
- Familiarity with partner or distribution technology and how integrations drive value
- Experience managing QBRs or structured partner review cadences
- Prior experience supporting senior leaders in commercial negotiations or renewals
Applications for this role will be accepted through November 28th or until the role is filled. We encourage you to apply early, as we may begin reviewing applications before the deadline.
