About Fullscript
We’re an industry-leading health technology company on a mission to help people get better. We started in 2011 with one simple idea. Make it easier for practitioners to access the products they trust so they can deliver better care.
That simple idea grew into a platform that powers every part of care. Today, more than 125,000 practitioners use Fullscript for clinical insights, lab interpretations, patient analytics, education, and access to high-quality supplements. Over 10 million patients rely on Fullscript to stay connected to their care plans and follow through on treatment.
We build tools that make care smarter and more human. Tools that save time, simplify decisions, and help practitioners stay closely connected to the people they care for. When everything they need is in one place, they can focus on what matters most: helping people get better.
This is your invitation.
Bring your ideas, your grit, and your care for people.
Join us and shape the future of care.

  • Conduct ongoing market assessments, benchmarking, and benefits gap analyses.

  • Evaluate current programs and recommend enhancements aligned to employee needs and business priorities.

  • Lead the design, implementation, and rollout of new benefits programs and initiatives.

  • Balance global consistency with local market requirements across Canada and the U.S.

  • Vendor & Broker Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end negotiation of benefits renewals, partnering closely with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and People teams to manage budgets, drive strategic changes, and ensure cross-functional alignment.

  • Own relationships with benefits carriers, brokers, retirement providers, leave administrators, and wellness partners.

  • Establish vendor governance processes, performance metrics, and service-level expectations.

  • Evaluate vendor landscape and recommend consolidation or best-in-class solutions as appropriate.

  • Partner with brokers to leverage market intelligence, benchmarking, compliance guidance, and strategic recommendations.

  • Program Operations & Employee Experience:

  • Own the administration and delivery of benefits and leaves programs through a scalable operating model.

  • Design and implement employee education and communication strategies that drive awareness, utilization, and understanding of programs.

  • Continuously improve self-service resources, processes, and support models.

  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex benefits issues and employee advocacy matters.

  • Manage upcoming and active leave cases, partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective case management and employee support.

  • Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable Canadian and U.S. benefits and leave regulations.

  • Own annual compliance activities, audits, filings, and reporting requirements.

  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and external advisors to mitigate benefits and leave program related risks.

  • Maintain strong governance practices across all benefits and leave programs.

  • Leadership:

  • Coach, and partner with the People Operations team for benefits operations and employee support.

  • Define team processes, priorities, and service standards.

  • Build a scalable benefits operating model that appropriately balances internal ownership, vendor support, and outsourced administration.

  • What You Bring:
  • 7+ years of progressive benefits experience, including leadership responsibility for strategy, plan design, and vendor management.

  • Deep expertise in benefits program design and administration in Canada and the US, with strong knowledge of U.S. benefits and compliance requirements.

  • Experience managing leave, disability, and complex employee cases.

  • Demonstrated success building or transforming benefits programs in a growing organization.

  • Strong vendor, broker, and stakeholder management capabilities and negotiating renewals.

  • Experience developing benefits communications and employee education strategies.

  • Ability to analyze market data, identify gaps, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Exceptional project management, influencing, and change management skills.
