The team
We are a lean, high-impact, Finance team that punches above our weight class. In a company of 130 people driving $130M in revenue, we don’t have room for "order takers." We are strategic partners to every functional department, from Sales to Product to Engineering. We value automation over manual entry, insights over data, and critical thinking. You’ll report directly to the VP of Finance and work in an environment where your work is visible to the entire leadership team on day one.
The opportunity
As our key Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A), you will be the primary engine behind our financial planning and operational analysis. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-paced ecommerce environment where the unit economics are complex and the data is plentiful. You won’t just be reporting on what happened last month; you will be building the models that dictate what we do next year. If you are looking for a role where you can own the entire P&L and influence the trajectory of a high-tech, private company, this is it. This position will engage cross functionally to influence decision making across multiple departments and disciplines, as well as be responsible for up-leveling and developing the FP&A organization as a whole. What you’ll do
The Backbone: Own, manage, and administer our internal financial reporting, modeling, and forecasting tools which provide the scaffolding over which our financial insights and reporting are communicated.

Salary for this role:
National: $144,000 -$152,000
LA: $149,000 - $157,000
NY: $156,000 - $165,000
SF: $172,000 - $182,000
The cash compensation above includes base salary, and is not reflective of potential commission for employees in eligible roles, or annual bonus targets under Route’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all Route employees are eligible to participate in Routes equity incentive plan to receive stock options per the terms of the agreement. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their career level, skills, experience, specific geographic location qualifications and other job-related reasons.
